Proposed new panromantic flag by @gunslinqer
Panromantic (sometimes shortened to pan) refers to the attraction towards people regardless of their sex or gender identity. This means gender does not play any factor into their attraction towards others. The prefix pan- comes from the Ancient Greek word for "all, every".
History[]

Another proposed new panromantic flag by @catcoiors
The term panromantic unfortunately has had a troubling history. The first known use of the word was in 1926, traced back to Sigmund Freud, who defined it as ‘the pervasion of all conduct and experience with sexual emotions’, propagating the view that most human behaviour and interaction was product of sexual instincts. In the 1920s/1930s, started being used as a term for those who "love across labels and boundaries" in Harlem.
It was used as a sexuality label for the first time in 1973 by James Nolan, being defined as "the attraction to men, women and "the third gender"", and was marketed as a more inclusive and newer version of bisexuality. The idea that bisexuality is binary begins to emerge due to this.

Many odd definitions later, in the 2000s, the term "panromantic" spreads further due to the rise of the internet. The term changes into "attraction to all genders, including transgender, androgynous and gender-fluid people" in online communities. panromanticity is still marketed as a more inclusive term than bisexuality. Finally, around 2014, panromanticity defined as "attraction to personality rather than sex or gender" begins to emerge, and is the current meaning.
Despite its troubling past, the panromantic label is not transphobic or biphobic, merely defined poorly by those in the past, and is now a valid label for those who experience attraction without gender being a factor.
Flag[]
There is controversy surrounding the panromantic flag. The original pink, yellow and blue flag and one of the proposed flags are problematic in origin. In this page, flags that seemingly have no problematic roots will be utilized.
The first proposed flag's stripe meanings are cyan stripe for masc-aligned attraction, light cyan stripe for sense of belonging, yellow stripe for non-binary attraction, light orange stripe for sense of empowerment, and orange/red stripe for fem-aligned attraction.
The second flag's stripe meanings are unknown as the original post proposing it was deleted.
The third proposed flag's stripe meanings are hot pink stripe for self-love and comfortability, light pink for unconditional and compassionate love, yellow for attraction regardless of gender identity, cyan for unity and peace, and dark blue for loving freely and openly.
